Stop Burning and Killing Dogs in Baku Azerbaijan

There is a huge dog cull in progress in Baku Azerbaijan . Large dogs are shot , smaller ones beaten with the shovel in order to save on bullets! They are then thrown into furnace , some of them still alive!!
This is a common practice here used for population control. It has been proven to be ineffective apart from being barbaric and cruel.
We are hoping to change that and end this madness with implementing spay neuter release program.
This big dog culls usually happen before major events 2012 Eurovision and now Eurolympics .
