10 tall people from FEMA camps and from discrimination about being homeless

I am starting this petition because it seems to me that here lately nobody knows what is going on after Hurricane Harvey Arma and other things that lead up to missing people it's been brought to my attention that missing people are getting more and more people go into these FEMA camps and it's hard for them to come out it's hard to find out what happened to him they should be no law and FEMA camps where a person cannot have their cell phone with them there should be no law against human rights violations FEMA camps or a violation of Human Rights Red Cross is a violation against human rights a still famous deals it's just another way for the government the Deep state to kill us all please everybody help me get this petition going so we can find out what's going on why is it making it a crime to be homeless I mean it can happen to anyone of us think about it
