Wanting Webster County Board of Supervisors to become our boss

We have been juggled around between the Sheriffs office and the Fort Dodge Police Department for years. We are requesting the Sheriffs office be our boss. If the Sheriff was to be our boss we would have a HR department that can control the hiring process. We can implement new training process for new hires. We can get insurance and be more stable in our job. We are the first responders for the County. All calls start with us and end with you. Please except the petition and vote Yes.
