Banned People Should Not Be Able to Like/Dislike/or Comment On Youtube Videos

If a person has been banned from someone's channel, then they should not be able to like/dislike/or comment on the person's videos that banned him/her. Its not fair to the person that banned them, and they usually have a good reason for doing so in the first place. This is just something i think that owners of youtube need to take care of, as soon as possible.
