If you are aresseted for dui in sc you are guilty with saying your not I say keep the choice to blow but you should be able keep you drivers license all it is a trick for a cop to force there hand on over you an there if you don't blow you license are gone for about a week till you get the lawyer either way your spend money even if your proven innocent if your proven innocent you shouldn't have to spend money this behalf keep mind you should still have the right to blow are not but it shouldn't take your driving privilgies away right then cause your not proven guilty south carlonia
