Our Community Against The Midland County Utility District

Our community was promised that by approving this Midland County Utility District bill, that South and East Midland County would build water lines to the community that has very low water production from water wells and water Wells that have gone dry.
My community, my family and neighbors are having to haul in water in small water tanks to transfer to holding tanks to provide our homes with water. This includes families with children, elderly couples that have no means to do this type of work, and people that simply can not afford to pay $300 a week to have water hauled in by companies that sell water to residents. The majority of us whose wells have gone dry are within 2 miles of huge water tanks for oilfield trucks, also within eyesight of rigs, water ponds and also for the rigs.
I would like to see this tax either producing and making progress for easy access of water or our community refunded the tax we've paid towards the Midland County Utility District so that we may as a community find the means to complete this ourselves.
