In 2003 The Washington Wizards Hired Ernie Grunfeld as the GM to turn around the Franchis and ultimately bring a championship to D.C. Its been 15 years and counting and during his 15 year tenure the Wizards haven't come close to contending for a title. 0 confrence championship appearances and have only won 2 playoff series. We've seen irrational Roster moves like trading draft picks for rentals and players that didnt last more than a season with the team(bogdonavic, Trey Burke, Tim Frazier) Huge contracts given to backups(Ian Mahimi) just complete ineptitude across the board.
