Exempt Pennsylvania From Daylight Saving Time!

Since 2007, The United States has been observing Daylight Saving Time (DST) from the second Sunday in March to the first Sunday in November, which is a four month period of a lack of an hour of sleep, and a five month period of a one hour lack of sleep during the years April 1 falls on Monday through Wednesday. I see Daylight Saving Time (DST) as unnecessary and a statewide nuisance. I think the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania should exempt itself from Daylight Saving Time (DST) altogether. I want Daylight Saving Time (DST) ended for Pennsylvanians so the clocks can remain at Eastern Standard Time (EST) and never change over to Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)!
