Ban android phones tablets ipads but dont ban laptops

My cause for concern is my little brother & other children i see are not playing in the garden enough children today dont play outside in the garden & this is due to wifi & downloading games on modern day what such as android phones tablets ipad i think its unhealthy for children to play & use modern day technology all day & everyday its a far cry from my childhood days when i was a child there wasnt much technology around in my day you could only get to use internet on laptops & pc's because modern day technology wasnt advanced in them day only one person at a time could use internet because in quite a lot of households there was only one pc or one laptop well not really every household had 1 pc & a laptop or two laptops or two pc's the household i live in had only one pc & quite a lot of households in uk had that so we would have to wait for our turn to use internet because someone else in your house was using internet & waiting sometimes took quite a lot of hours for your turn on the internet because we had to wait to use internet we were healthy and its what todays children need as well i think its not healthy for todays modern day children to use this modern day technology & not play outside in the garden i i know children who are not playing in the garden
