Equal Rights for Public and Private Restrooms Act

I was denied a basic service at a public facility 3 times in 3 weeks for no particular reason. I was told no, even though it was a medical emergency and I have an inflammatory disease called endometriosis which makes bladder situations urgent. She told me to wait for the floors to dry and to by gas first. This is unacceptable. I was in pain, still am for 7 years. If I provide a medical card stating that I have an inflammatory disease, it should allow me acces to the public bathroom even if the floors are still drying. This is what a wet floor sign is for. There were two bathrooms on site. The solution is a card stating that anyone in California with this card has equal access to facilities, public or private.
