Residents of Southwinds

We the residents of the Southwinds Adult Community are concerned that the gate to our “GATED Community “ has been in disrepair for some time now.
We would like or demand that the gate to be repaired in a timely manner. As it now stands, anyone and everyone has acess to what we have come to know as home. The phrase “Gated Community” is the reason why we chose to call it “home.”
Moreover, strange things have begun to occur such as strangers walking pit bull dogs around the perimeter of the property and cars being broken into, etc. We, as residents, cannot endure such shenanigans and would like our our concerns addressed immediately.
