Demanding change from Frontier!

Frontier Communications needs some competition in the Springfield, West Virginia area. Our phone and internet service goes out on average of three to four times a year, for a week or two at a time. In this area there is no cell service, which leaves everyone with no form of communication. This is unacceptable. Last time service was out for three weeks. What about emergencies, college classes, being able to communicate with family? We have been told that the equipment at our substation is so outdated, that the parts are no longer available when they fail. Frontier doesn’t want to replace the station because they feel the expense is too great, for the amount of people living in our area. REALLY? Is that fair? We don’t get charged less than other customers with updated and reliable equipment. Just wait until someone needs emergency services, and the worst happens because we can’t communicate with 911 services...This won’t get fixed by being silent. This community needs our voices to be heard. Call your local representatives! If you agree, please comment. Let’s shine a light on this problem!
