Unfair practices in the criminal justice system

My son Chal Kennedy Sr was denied his constitution rights to a speedy trial within one hundred and eighty days. in stead he was held in pre-trial detention for one thousand three hundred and sixty two days, which left him unable to prove his case. two of his witnesses have since passed away and one have moved away. please help me to stop them from not only doing this to my son, but also other peope who have had their constitutional rights volated by the court system.
