Demand for educational right of 3 years old Mishka Shah

Mishka Shah, daughter of Rachna Shah and Dhawal shah stays with her divorced mom (Mrs. Rachna Shah). Rachna Shah for her own benefit and comfort has stopped the education of her daughter. She barely feeds her daughter with proper nutrients. Rachana Shah has all the money in the world to fulfill her desires like smoking, drinking, and drug consumption.

I would request to sign a petition to save Mishka Shah from her mothers trap and handover her to Mr. Dhawal Shah, or to reputed NGO for her better future.
