After watching on the news the Ariel Castro's horrific case this week, I watched the house on TV and the condition of the house that the owner and the victims lived in and was schocked by it.
I have seen houses like that that are all boarded up, every window shut and it looks scary and suspicious from the outside. I always wonder if there are any victims in those houses and no one is helping. I belief and hope that there is something you and I can do.
I woud like to pass a petition whereby people in every neighborhood can call the local Police and report the address and the condition of any house that's completely boarded up and investigate who lives in the house. We have to help the victims that may be in those houses right now.
I am willing to help the police prepare a national database of addresses of "completely boarded up and suspicious looking houses" in every town, county and state in the U.S.
We have to stop the Ariel Castro's houses in every neighborhood.
