Cats and Dogs have a right too

The City of Hutchinson is trying to approve a new budget plan. Being they don't want to let one officer go, they are discussing budget cuts for the animal shelter. In their discussion they only want to give animals at the animal shelter 3 DAYS to get adopted or they suffer the consequences by being euthanized. To me this is inhumane. In other words, if your dog/cat gets loose and gets caught by animal control, you have 3 days to figure out that they are there, or you say goodbye to your best friend. Share so people of this town can be aware of what's going on!
