Help our vets before the predators!

Spokane has been accepting drug addicts and sexual predators from other cities because we have the housing for them. We have housing for them but not our vets? These addicts and sexual predators get their rent covered and everything by the state. Our vets should get priority over that. These monsters like David Durbin should not be allowed to roam the streets let alone have the state pay for everything!!! Send this monster and those like him back to jail!!
