Petition to abolish the not withstanding clauses of the Canadian charter of rights and freedoms

In Quebec the government recently passed or will pass bill 21 that prohibits public servants in authority positions from wearing religious symbols of any kind. The government used the  not withstanding clause to pass the bill which goes against human rights . The legislation of the charter must be changed so governments can't override the charter and abuse human rights. If nothing is done they'll do more. Please sign this petition to have the not withstanding clauses abolished and removed.
