Change the way rent is configured, change lives

Those on Section 8 with ever changeing rent due to flux in income should not have their rent based on money they dont have or money they dont see! All bills should be considered when configuring rent payment, including car insurance, medical Bill's, ect. So many of us can't pay bills and make our rent for the month. We cant live and this program was designed to HELP us. Instead, it is hurting some of us. It's time for Section 8 to change what they base their rent off of. It shouldn't be gross income, but instead what we actually take home. Many of us gross more then we take home, and our gross income is what causes our rent to be so high. Let's get together and do something about it, so we can make the program actually help people again. That way, one by one, we can work our way off of it instead of being thrown into the cold!
