Automatic Gratuity

Servers at the Alamo Drafthouse location at Westlakes are losing out on their fair tips because of the decision to cut out the automatic gratuity. I feel that most of our guests notice the suggested tip percentage at the bottom and then realize what a fair tip is for their check size and quality of service. Our servers go above and beyond expectations to give our guests an awesome experience that will leave them wanting to come back for more. With the increase of our prices, our tip share will increase while we earn less to compensate for the rise. Please bring our automatic gratuity back so we can have a stronger chance at earning a fair wage at our location.
