Help Stop Child Labor and Slavery in Mattel

Mattel's suppliers are mainly located in China and other third world countries. Their suppliers use slavery and child labor to create cheap products so the company can get a greater profit.

The children get underpaid and have to work under severe conditions.  If the children don't work enough time or good enough, their punishment could include beatings, not enough food, less sleep, and other harsh ways.  These children don't get to attend school and have fun – instead they have to work in hard conditions to help support their family economically.  However, Mattel has an even greater problem.

Mattel's suppliers not only use child labor, they also use cheap labor with adults. These adults are punished much worse than the children because the children are still small so there is more expected from the adults.  We are working towards better living and working conditions for these people.  All you have to do is raise awareness by signing and sharing this petition.
