Stop employment agencies taking a cut of employees hourly rate.

This has been going on for far to long these agencies take a chunk of the persons hourly rate just because there on their books and not the company's official books.

This means that in some cases 2 people doing exact same job and as one of them is employed by the agency and not the official company they loose in most cases £2 plus a hour.

The government want to make the country better and make people better off but this can't be done when people are scraping by with absolutely appalling hourley rates due to these agencies taking a cut.
