SeaWorld is a corporation that needs to be brought to justice. They starve their mammals, cause them harm by unsuitable living conditions, keep them in isolation, and more. If a man kidnaps a child and does what SeaWorld does to their animals, he'd find himself with life in prison. We are all animals, just different species. The documentary Blackfish highlights the abuse to orcas within SeaWorld. Orcas are not aggressive creatures. If you were being attacked, you would fight back. They are being attacked and being put in unsuitable conditions. They fought back, and it resulted in deaths. Animals have no legal rights, meaning SeaWorld needs to be held accountable for those deaths. Under American Law, they should be. SeaWorld should be shut down and charged with the following: animal abuse, animal neglect, workplace endangerment, negligent assault, and three to four counts of criminally negligent homicide.
