Creating a local Socastee Rec Center

I believe that all kids, adults, and even elders should have a chance to exercise in the Socastee Area. There are recreational facilities around the Myrtle Beach area, but not many kids in the Socastee area can attend those facilities. I think that creating a Socastee Recreational Center right beside Socastee High School would solve this problem!
