Punish Owner That Abandoned His Dog In Critical Condition Outside Connecticut Humane Society!

The Cocker Spaniel you see in the photo was abandoned outside the Connecticut Humane Society where it was shivering all night. The dog spent the entire night outside in the freezing cold where it was discovered by one of the employees. Had the animal not been discovered it could have died from hypothermia due to the fact that all of its fur was completely soiled. The poor pup was neglected and his fur was immersed in urine and feces. Find and punish the sicko that neglected this gentle dog! Leaving a soiled dog outside in sub zero temperatures is nothing short of negligence!
