Don't let them put my dogs out!

I have lived in my apartment for five years, two years ago I adopted my first dog OG, six months later I got a mate for him but happily ever after was far from near. I'm 26yrs old and I live alone in a three bedroom apartment and they both keep me company. However I got a notice to remove my pets because my neighbors downstairs complained about their barking. They are my babies I can't get rid of them! Even though it's against the rules to have pets in the compound many tenants have pets and those rules are outdated!
