Save the Hawksbill Sea Turtles!

Hawksbill turtles are listed in the Endangered Species List as critically endangered, which means they have a high risk of extinction. People eat their eggs worldwide, and although there is an international protection status for them. They are also killed for their flesh and beautiful shells.
Signing this petition will help raise awareness for their protection. We can raise awareness to pick up garbage at the beach, use less chemicals on your lawn (if you live in a coastal area) which end up in the ocean which kill turtles and other aquatic life, and to be aware of turtle nesting areas. Also, if we receive enough signatures, we will make Florida officials aware of the situation and that people want change!
