To make the inhumane act of milking bear bile illegal

Recently, an incident on a bear bile farm in North-West China involving a mother bear and her cub emphasizes the fact that harvesting bear bile is extreme torture for the bears who have to endure the procedure. Although the act of collecting bear bile is completely inhumane and cruel, it is still legal in China. Action needs to be taken in order to prevent the unnecessary suffering of countless bears.
