Ban councils from stealing the possessions of homeless people

    After seeing the story of yet another unnecessary death of a homeless man in Bournemouth after having his sleeping bag taken away by council officials, we, the people, want a blanket ban by parliament across the UK, that will make it illegal to take from the most vulnerable people in our society and leave them to perish in car parks, shop doorways and anywhere else they are forced to try and find some shelter. When people are dying in Britain for the want of the basics then this society, this system and this country have failed.
