Remove Minetto Town Council/Supervisor

The residents of State Route 48, Ridgeway Sites, Meridan Ave have all banded together with their opposition to a proposed Solar Farm located between the 2 Housing Developments. The elected officials have ignored what the residents want and passed new zoning laws before the public had a opportunity to voice concerns. The Town has wasted financial resources fighting a personal resident over a legally agreed culvert ditch which includes: 3 lawyers, 2 50-H hearings, 1 Supreme Court case, a small claims case, 35 notices of claims for over 3 years, but have stated they will no longer fight the opposition to the Solar Farm. The elected officials rather waste taxpayer dollars fighting a taxpayer that has already agreed to a reached settlement, than listen to the residents they were elected to represent.
