Demanding our felony conviction be removed from our records for one time non violent offenders

I am a convicted non violent felon that due to the felony on my record it's extremely hard to find a place to live, a job, etc. I feel that after severing my prison time and parole successfully that all my rights be reinstated and the felony removed. If an individual re offends then the first felony should be reinstated. If you don't at the end of your seven years it's removed without any issue's and also not show up on any background check. This should only apply to non violent offenders. This should give non re offenders the second chance we all rightfully deserve. People can and do change.
