KEEP HELP DESK staff in DGACM

    As of 1 January ICTS staff is being transferred to OICT, and DGACM will loose the IT equipment services budget and staff ICT services. We all will be at mercy of OICT and iNeed.

    DGACM uses Prince 2 which requires quality assurance and help desk, yet we are not following this methodology by “giving away “ our ICTS staff to another department.
