We want KEN DUCKWORTH back!!!

Ken got fired in early April after a very minor accident with reach truck vs. overhead conveyor in "R" racking. He lifted his load to put in F or G location, collided with the overhead coveyor which resulted in 2 of the rollers popping out and falling to the floor... no one was injured, but according to DHL company policy,  this equals immediate termination. Since Ken has been gone, DHL has been having a very hard time getting anyone to do the job Ken did. Our main concern here is how this happened. Currently, company policy is to terminate an employee for an accident resulting in property dammage. 
To lose great employee's over this is horrible. Ken wants his job at DHL back very badly. If you sign this, then u agree that Ken is needed back at DHL as a reach truck driver with his tower putaway driver spot back, as soon as possible.
