Los Angeles Care and Control, Reverse the new rooster ordinance!

Los Angeles County Animal Care and Control reduced the number of roosters people in unincorporated areas are allowed to own. There is no grandfather clause! Meaning those of us who have kept our beloved pets for years are facing either trying to rehome roosters (an unpopular pet to try to rehome) or face STEEP fines! Imagine if the government suddenly made it illegal to own your dog or cat? How would you feel about it? This is unfairly hurts small rescues, chicken enthusiasts and most importantly the roosters themselves who struggle to find loving homes as it is.
