Demand hand counted paper ballots in all U.S. elections

Electronic voting machines and optical scan vote counting machines are easily hacked and the companies who make them keep the software that runs them secret. Since their introduction many election results no longer match exit polls. We are effectively letting the companies who make the machines count our votes in secret. We must replace them with hand counted paper ballots like democracies in Europe use.
