Desire more municipal funding for local arts and culture.

CBACH needs your support to gain acknowledgement and funding from city council towards local arts and culture within North Bay. City council dedicates $200,00/year to the Capitol Centre and $500,000/year to Summer in the Park. However, both of these organizations do not centre around LOCAL arts and cultural events and organizations. With this petition, CBACH hopes to present to city council the problem of unequal and unnecessary funding. Help us prove to city council that North Bay needs more funds directed towards our local creative sector. More funding towards our local creative community will diversify our local economy, encourage small business investment, combat youth out-migration, encourage tourism and express a unique community identity.
