Make Congress take a pay cut when they shut down government or fail to get bills passed.

The tax payers are regularly fleeced when Congress sits on their ass instead of getting bills passed, on extended investigations that go no where, or shut down government. When we work we are expected to finish the job, and we get a limited amount of vacation not half the year. If we don't demand action to change the status quo, nothing is ever going to happen.
