This petition is for those who live near the town of Rutland, Vermont. For the health of our dogs I want to start the process of Making a dog park for those of us who don't ha e land to get our dogs to or for those who can't have your dogs off leash and need a safe fenced in yard, To build social stills for dogs and to get all that energy out, and even a safe place to work on recall commands for those in training.
