Demand for a 2017 2 year Moratorium on Foreclosures in New Jersey

For 2 years in a row, New Jersey is #1 in Foreclosures in the Nation. In 2008 The Government Bailed out Wall Street with our Tax Payer Dollars. The Banks took our Tax Dollars, Gave themselves a raise, and continued the Fraud which is tantamount to "Theft By Deception."

Our Demand for a 2017 two year Moratorium would allow Tax Paying Homeowners to demand our Constitutional Rights to "Due Process of Law" that has been fraudulent denied by the Banks, their Attorney's, the So Called "Trust" and the Courts. The Moratorium would allow the Banks, Plaintiffs to place on the record only evidence that is admissible according to court rule and relevant case law, and ensure that the Bank, the Plaintiff in the action truly owns the mortgage and the Note and will and in case of a party that is a foreign "trust" claiming interest in the note, through participation in a mortgage-backed security or other wise, the court shall not proceed with the foreclosure action if the foreign trust is not registered to do business. in NJ during or after the Moratorium period
