Protect Seals Even After Pupping Season

In the middle of the night, two women were recorded on hidden cameras taunting harbor seals on the beach. They were shining lights in their eyes, pulling their flippers and kicking them, all the while taking photos as if it was the best thing they had ever done. This beach, in La Jolla, is being temporarily closed for two months, during the seals' pupping season. But only two months? Why not set a fine, or arrest people, that harrass the beach's wildlife forever? Instead of closing the beach, we should definitely open it, but not let people to touch the wildlife.

As well as seals being harrassed, "in December, at least 10 dead dolphins washed up on beaches in the Gulf Coast. Some were shot, while others stabbed. It makes you wonder, what is wrong with people?"

What do you say? Please sign this petition to make this beach a fun place for everyone. Thanks!
