stop uocoming sheriff sale on 9/23/14

This corporation through it's agent america servicing co, through the use of a law firm has sidestep the homeowners only form of redress to have the loan modified, by going to court without ever giving the notion of modification achance, asked and recived sheriff docket which is sheduled for 9/23/14.  This petition needs your help to let the corporates know we see what you do and want you to stop the sheriff sale and give modification a chance to the family owner of 20 years at 108 n. Munn ave, newark, nj, 07106.
