Justice for Pepper

My dog Pepper was accused of biting someone. Three other dogs were involved, because the person claimed not to know what dog bit her all four dogs were taken. Within an hour of taking my dog animal control called me and said they lost her. She is an indoor dog, I have had her since she was born, she would sleep with me every night. When I asked the officer what he was going to do about my dog he said she would be listed as lost and that was it. She weighs 26 pounds, I feel this man should lose his job. If he can't handle a little dog like Pepper how is he going to handle larger animals. Eric Vogel needs to be held accountable.
