Stop high speed traffic on Knollwood Ave

People have been using Knollwood Ave as a cut through between Park Ave and Reservior Ave. This is causing very dangerous speeding issues on a narrow neighborhood street. The neighborhood street speed limit should be set to 15mph and have speed bumps installed. This should stop the traffic cutting through the neighborhood, and prevent cut through traffic from gaining such high speeds. We have children and pets in our neighborhood and such high speeds are very dangerous.
