There are times in a manufacturing environment when you come across certain people that you felt were good representations for leadership in a managed group environment only to find out that your choice later into the development phase did not promote the leadership and direction that was sought.
Like the Presidency or the Senate as far as terms in leadership goes, giving another a chance to provide better direction that promotes effective team leadership should enhance the productivity of the working environment which adds value to the company as a whole providing the possibility of new concepts that promote interaction between employees and the leaders of choice within the organization.
