No heat, or Hot water issues and unlivable conditions

We as tenets of 2083 Mohegan are rightfully entitled to adequate living standards. We have endored winters with windows that don’t fully close, days with no heat or hot water. The apartments are falling apart with little to no response for repairs. We have weekends when it garbage shoot will be stocked up with garbage to the last floor of the building with no room to place garbage but out in the hallway, which has led to the increase in rodent problems. New Amsterdam Management has always been on top of receiving rent payments but not the proper living conditions for the tenants and children on the premises.
