Quality over quantity at DFAC

The food at the dining facility is sometimes made with the workers not properly using sanitary methods. Methods such as not wearing gloves, using one glove, or using the same gloves to serve food. As well as food being cold or merely close to being warm I worry for the health conditions of myself and fellow airman who are on meal cards and can't get full BAS. I want the conditions to change or to shut down the DFAC and receive full BAS. All being said I shouldn't see the airman that work at the DFAC eating around the meal line and food always being unavailable.
