Ban fireworks on sale to general public - save our animals sanity

Every year we are subject to people letting off fireworks at times other than Guy Fawkes night. This distresses our pets and wildlife alike. They disturb the peace at timers other than the allowed curfew 23.00. They are distressing elderly people, our pets and wildlife over a very long period from early October to Early January. Also the expense to the NHS system fixing up people that have been injured by firworks is ever increasing as our firworks get more powerful and louder.
