WE DEMAND ANSWERS AND MY DOG RETURNED!!!!

We the undersigned demand that Devon and Cornwall Police actually investigate an incident that the attending officer said was nothing to do with him involving an unlicensed, unregistered breeder barging into a private home and dragging out a family pet dog that had been there for nine months. This happened on Friday 6th March 2015 and your attending officer has given the okay to ANYONE seizing a beloved family member. We have been informed to take out a civil action but why should we when we are not the perpertrators? This cannot be right and we the undersigned want the police to actually take this incident very seriously and investigate it properly. Even the police need a warrant to remove “Type” dogs under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991, but an unlicensed breeder is allowed to do this without court intervention?

Things need to change and the sooner, the better!!
