Congress-Senators borrowed from Social Security and have not paid it back. Now they say we are going to run out of money to fund Social Security. American workers have paid into this and should get it when they retire . Cut Congress -Senator pay in half. Discontinue their penisons and put all that money back into Social Security .That will be a way to start to pay it back.
