Accountability and proof for California and emlimentation of mental health court.

Officer came through at 2:30 am on a child abuse call made @ 7:30am. I was arrested. Later advised to plead out as I picked up a charge that they used against me for a plea bargain. My petition would make law enforcement report collaborative with cps. No jail time if there is proof to over ride the fact that I was targeted...defamed by a police officer whom to this day has to tell me sorry for all the years I lost without my children.
